Shirts
What brand of shirt do you print on?
I've searched all types of brands of shirt and decided on printing on 100% Combed Ringspun Cotton (Depending on color & availability). After trying
on various styles of shirt, this material passed my style test. The neck and
arms were snug, not loose.Super soft, light-weight, gives a slim-look (trust me, I myself
is not slim...but I felt slim, that's what counts.) Machine washable and preshrunk to
minimize shrinkage.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special
instructions given per product.
Shipping
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 5-10 business days.
International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and
customs processing.
Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking if
available. Transit days are Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. UPS
packages are not delivered on weekends. USPS may deliver on Saturdays.
What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or
Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine
your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the
"update total" button. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to
regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your
confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets
Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level
commercially available).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although
if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed, tags have
been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return
or exchange a part or all of your purchase from GreenYolk™, you may return or
exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the
item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return GreenYolk™ address.
Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the
method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone #
and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding
the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or
credit towards another GreenYolk™ purchase.
